Scott is D3's residential development manager transforming each property to its ultimate potential.
Scott has over 16 years experience in the industry and is a member of the NZIQS with an in-depth understanding of Town Planning and practical SketchUp skills. He brings experience and certainty to all pre-purchase B&L and feasibility studies, and his extensive experience drives the D3 residential design process from site acquisition to local authorities' approvals, manages our in-house construction team, sales team, finance and all stakeholders to ensure a seamless process, producing successful outcomes.
He holds a strong record of delivering quality projects, and his previous work history includes managing projects for NZ’s largest apartment developer, and Quantity Surveying for Main Contractor’s.

Howard Smith
Director | Commercial
Howard undertakes development advisory and management across the retail, office and industrial sectors.
Located in our Auckland office, he has over 20 years property development and investment experience, including complex structured transactions and large stakeholder plan changes. Howard has also managed developments and investments in the UK and NZ, including master planning and feasibilities of mixed-use developments, regeneration schemes and communities, and industrial parks.

Tamati Parker
Director of 3Group
Tamati brings a high level of commercial discipline to all D3 Development projects.
Working across finance, funding and risk, Tamati is focused on ensuring D3 Development projects are well planned, with strong risk mitigation strategies, and front and center in all decisions. Working with funders and equity partners, Tamati provides the security of funding required to complete property projects in a controlled manner.
As a Director of D3, the development arm of 3Group, Tamati provides critical oversight of the D3 business with a particular focus on funding, partnerships and strategy.

Kirk Bakker

Kirk brings construction know-how to all D3 Development projects. Providing early input into site acquisition, design and project programming, Kirk drives the delivery of key milestones against agreed targets.
As a Director of D3, the development arm of 3Group, Kirk provides critical oversight of all D3 projects with a particular focus on projects in the Auckland region, overall Health and Safety and other construction relation risks.
