Where D3 started

Borne to compliment a successful commercial construction business, C3 Construction, D3 Development is C3’s sister-business which offers planning and development of residential and commercial properties. With shared offices in Auckland and Tauranga, we deliver projects together with C3 and other partners, across the upper North Island.

We work closely with C3 Construction from the earliest possible moments with project design and coordination, bringing the certainty of their construction capability and capacity to each project from the outset. 

We also work closely with B3 Buildings, our interior fit out, refurbishment and maintenance company, to identify and include building materials and systems that provide long term value through durability and reduced maintenance requirements.
