Scott Illingworth

Scott is D3’s residential development manager transforming each property to its ultimate potential.

Scott has over 16 years experience in the industry and is a member of the NZIQS with an in-depth understanding of Town Planning and practical SketchUp skills. He brings experience and certainty to all pre-purchase B&L and feasibility studies, and his extensive experience drives the D3 residential design process from site acquisition to local authorities’ approvals, manages our in-house construction team, sales team, finance and all stakeholders to ensure a seamless process, producing successful outcomes.

He holds a strong record of delivering quality projects, and his previous work history includes managing projects for NZ’s largest apartment developer, and Quantity Surveying for Main Contractor’s.
