80 Parton Road is a two-storey 1600m2 Commercial and Retail Building. Developed by D3 and constructed by C3 Construction.
The ground floor is made up of six retail businesses and a café, and the first floor is shared office space. The project is located on a busy arterial road in Papamoa, and before construction could start an existing industrial warehouse had to be dismantled and taken offsite to be rebuilt elsewhere. Construction started in 2020, and was completed in 2021.
