D3 Development sourced the site and undertook all planning, consents and development management whilst C3 Construction completed the works on site to deliver the finished asset. The site is 20,000m2 and is now in use after completion in October 2025. This property is owned by Awatoru Property and part of 3Capital’s property portfolio.
